CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
A centrifugal pump is a mechanical device designed to move a fluid by means of the transfer of rotational energy from one or more driven rotors, called impellers. Fluid enters the rapidly rotating impeller along its axis and is cast out by centrifugal force along its circumference through the impeller’s vane tips. The action of the impeller increases the fluid’s velocity and pressure and also directs it towards the pump outlet. The pump casing is specially designed to constrict the fluid from the pump inlet, direct it into the impeller and then slow and control the fluid before discharge.

AXIAL FLOW PUMP
An axial-flow pump, or AFP, is a common type of pump that essentially consists of a propeller (an axial impeller) in a pipe. The propeller can be driven directly by a sealed motor in the pipe or by electric motor or petrol/diesel engines mounted to the pipe from the outside or by a right-angle drive shaft that pierces the pipe. Fluid particles, in course of their flow through the pump, do not change their radial locations since the change in radius at the entry (suction) and the exit (discharge) of the pump is very small. Axial flow pumps can be oriented vertically or horizontally.

MECHANICAL SEAL
Mechanical seal is a device that prevents the leakage of fluids or gases between two surfaces that are in relative motion. They are often used in rotating equipment, such as pumps, mixers, and compressors. Mechanical seals are important for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of industrial machinery. They help to prevent fluid leaks that could lead to operational challenges and pose a threat to workers.

BALL VALVE
A ball valve is a quarter-turn valve that opens when the hole in the ball is in line with the flow, and closes when the ball is pivoted 90 degrees. The handle of the valve is perpendicular to the flow when closed, and flat when open, making it easy to see if the valve is open or closed. Ball valves are inexpensive, reliable, and durable. They are often used in hydrocarbon processes and are especially useful for low-flow situations.
